I hired Becky to help with some of the administrative tasks for my small business. She is extremely efficient and fully capable of handling anything I threw her her way. Tin Sheets has been incredibly helpful on a number of fronts. First and foremost, Jay has been invaluable with respect to our winemaking efforts. Specifically, Jay helped make connections between our company and grape producers in Palisade, enabling us to secure high quality fruit in a competitive environment. During the production of the 2016 wines, Jay made himself available around the clock to answer questions regarding the wine making process. His assistance was particularly helpful during a difficult fermentation of the Cabernet Sauvignon. At the end of season, Jay and Jen also provided specific advice with respect to finishing and blending the wine. Not only has Tin Sheets provided valuable consultation on wine production, Tin Sheets has also consulted with us on how to run our wine business effectively including, but not limited to, connecting us with a number of useful industry resources (e.g., VIN65) and sources for supplies and equipment. He has also provided thoughtful advice on everything from pouring wine at festivals to running the tasting room.
