I was so happy that Dannelle and her assistant were able to come on the SAME DAY that I requested help. And they did a WONDERFUL job in a totally reasonable amount of time. It wasn't your ordinary cleaning job. They absolutely rose to the occasion and made it their mission to make the space look the best they possibly could. For example, Dannelle moved heavy furniture in order to get the baseboards all the way around the room. She also used multiple techniques to get a crusted on weirdly hard mess that the tenants had left on the floor. (Something having to do with the rug and liquid and possibly heat... none of us were sure. Ugh.) Another example: They got stains out of the tub that bleach hadn't gotten. Yeah - I told them this and I will tell you this: Dannelle and her assistant at Homes By Heart are cleaning rock stars and my rental apartment and my new tenants will be forever grateful for the new, fresh start. (And smell!)
