- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices may be higher than the average cleaner. However I clean fairly fast, I bring up to 3 other people with me and we literally clean your whole house giving it a complete clean makeover in just a few hours. My services are priceless.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to see the house before I clean it, I like to have an idea of what I am in for. The best houses to clean are the dirty ones, the transformation is amazing. I always make sure to ask my clients what they expect from me and what are some important things that they want done each time I clean. I am client driven, I'm here to make you happy, tell me what you want done and after that I get it done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have some college experience and have mostly worked in the Mental Health business, I am drawn to people that need help, I love being part of their transformation but it started to drain my energy. Cleaning is an outlet for me, when I clean my mind focuses on the job and nothing else matters. whether it's a bad day or a good day, it's always a Happy Town Day!
