I had the privilege of working with Vicky, the owner. We were closing on our house in less than two weeks and managed to not only give us a great and competitive estimate, but also got the job done (an entire roofreplacement). Additionally, she handled everything, where the building department actually completed their inspection the day after. The hardest issue we had was that insurance wasn’t going to cover the roof. Her ability to provide us an estimate that wouldn’t break the bank, with quality material and warranty was exceptional. Even the workers were professional as we were in and out of the house. If time is of the essence, or funds may be low, this company works with their customers 110%.

Working with Vicky at Eastern Slope Roofing was easy, she took the time to explain everything in terms I could understand and was very honest and up front of what to expect. She worked well with my insurance company. Her roofing crew arrived on the day and time we discussed, they completed my house roof and 2 sheds in one day and cleaned up perfectly. She expedited the installation of my roof to insure that I would receive my depreciation. Previously I had been working with a company from Denver, but there was a communication break down and I almost didn't get my roof done in time to get my depreciation. I would use Eastern Slope Roofing again and will recommend this company to anyone that needs a new roof.

This is a house renovation, we are on a tight budget. Vicky worked really hard to give us the best deal possible. The crew that did the roof were very friendly and worked really hard to complete the job on time. It looks wonderful! We would encourage anyone to hire this roofing company.

Vicky was a pleasure to work with. She took the time to explain everything to me, make sure I fully understood my insurance claim, what she was going to be doing, everything. The roofers came out and we're done in about 5-6hrs. The roof looks great. The gutters, had a small problem with the color. Gave her a call and with a matter of a few hours her guys were back out to understand what was to be fixed. They came back the next day and my gutters look awesome. She had spent a lot of time getting in touch with my insurance to make sure everything was going as it should. She is great. Would recommend her to anyone and everyone.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every roofing project is different. Is the building 2 story, how many layers of material, what is the existing material, access, how steep is the roof and other variables can come into play when providing an estimate, that is why an on site visit is required.
Most of the time we have a special available to Veterans.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To determine their needs through an inspection. Attention to details. If damage is found I will explain the complete insurance process and what to expect through the re roofing process. If it is a repair or insurance is not covering, I will provide a competitve cash estimate. I will review the differences in material that are available for their project. In many cases we will provide upgrades at no additional cost. An informed customer is a happy customer.
