- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like meeting with my new customers and working with them to solve their computer issue. I like teaching and showing them what the problem is and how to solve it for themselves.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from ITT Technical Institute in 2004 studying Software Programming, and then went on to graduate from the University of Phoenix studying Visual Communication. I have three Industry certifications, A+, Network+, and Security+. I am always reading online issues of industry and trade magazines that keep me current on what is going on today and what to look forward to in the future.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I fell in love with technolgy and computers in 1995 when I was working for the Postal Service. I was working in the statistical office doing brwak-fix work and testing products and services for the post office.
