These guys are amazing! I can't stop bragging about them. From Alicia and John that came out to do the initial consultation to their foreman Brad and his equally efficient and friendly crew, this is a stellar operation. They go beyond the call of duty in any way. Cleaned and removed any debris every day, were punctual ll the time and so easy to work with. They are a prime example on how a business should be run, as many contractors do have a poor reputation. Roots to Roofs came through in any aspect of this enjoyable experience!!They do big jobs but they are not too good (like many of their competitors) to also do a relatively smaller one as well. After we removed a broken hot tub there was a gaping space on one side of the existing deck. I needed a continuous 10'x12' addition to the existing deck and they were very professional and reasonable. Other companies either did not wanted to do this job and wanted to rip out the existing deck (that is totally perfect) and build one huge one or quoted such an astronomical amount, so that we would not pick them to do the work. Not so Roots to Roofs. Brad, the foreman on the project, impressed me with his hands-on leadership when working with his crew. On your next exterior project give them a try, they will amaze you! I surely will use them in the future, guaranteed!!!

Alicia & Team did an excellent job in making this project go smoothly. This is a hard working team that strives for perfection. Landscaping, sprinklers, rock placement, plant selection and planting all went smoothly.

I had hail damage on my roof and had a very high deductible. Tracy their sales agent was very helpful in working with my insurance company and adjusters to show them where all the damage was. Tracy and Alicia came out 4 times before the start of the job to assess damage, work with the adjusters and check the attic ventilation to make sure it would be adequate as I was switching from a Grey Shingle to Black. They suggested the color change and it made my house look much better. I was initially hesitant about the change due to the potential additional heat in the attic. After analysis they felt the color change would not effect my heat gain that much. The guys that put on the roof and gutters were very efficient and did a great job. My job was tougher in that it required that my solar system be removed and replaced. Roots to Roofs coordinated that with a subcontractor. The Solar System Subcontractor team was very nice and kept me up to date on their progress however they dented an outdoor metal dining table and Roots to Roofs followed up with them to make sure they compensated me for the damage. Also one gutter joint was leaking and they had someone over very quickly to fix it. Overall a very good experience.

Alicia and all her crew were all wonderful to work with from start to finish! They were professional, knew their stuff, timely, communicative, and did great work. When one unexpected issue arrived, they dealt with it head on and professionally. I would hire them again! Added bonus, it's great to support a locally owned WOMAN OWNED business!
