- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be always fair and think of how I would want to be treated if a project runs over. Most jobs that involve traveling over 30 minutes will have a two hour minimum. I very rarley have problems with my clients feeling that invoices that are too high
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Try to understanding were they are coming from by listening to them first. Then come up with a game plan to help them get some of the stuff done with a project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College Degree, Recently taught Public School for 3 1/2 years in HVAC and Building Construction. Numerous certifications.
