After discovering that two toilets and showers were backing up, “One Nation Heat/plumbing” was at my house working on the issue in about 2 hours. Had it fixed in another two hours, which involved going under my house in fairly inhospitable conditions. He double checked that the problem was resolved and we tried overwhelming the pipes with water just to make sure we couldn’t cause it to happen again, but everything works great. I’d use this company again for plumbing and may give them a call for boiler work too.

Canceled 4 times be honest from the beginning and say we are not going to be able to come and take care of your plumbing needs kept giving excuses from the beginning saying we don’t have a tech then stop saying you can get me in on this day or that day 4 times really. Now you will respond to this negative review with more excuses.

Great experience with Charles. I own a small restaurant and our water heater blew out overnight. He was very quick to respond, and by the end of the day we met he had a new hot water heater installed. He presented me with several options that would best fit my needs. It was a very clean installation and extremely professional. I would definitely recommend Friendly Plumbing!

Billy was increasingly difficult to work with as the project progressed. They did all of the plumbing work in 3 days and then spent the next 4 weeks dragging out the inspection process and getting it passed. As far as plumbing, I’m not entirely convinced they know what is code so if you are permitting, I’d be cautious. Also I wasn’t able to find their state license which is another permitting requirement I learned. As the project drug on (literally not making progress while they failed 3 inspections) Billy was fairly combative and was quick to blame everything on me. He would even conveniently bring up extra charges for items that were agreed upon previously stating they weren’t. The final straw was that when it came to crunch time, Billy said he would only show up on the given day if we paid for the time he was missing at the other job that he needed to reschedule. 🤯. I finally let him know that this was crossing the line and inappropriate of him to ask. His response was to hire someone else and that he wouldn’t be finishing the job. I hired another plumber and had it passed the next day. Wish I hadn’t wasted 3 weeks of my time, so consider this a warning if you chose to hire Billy.

I had my water heater and furnace replaced. Both were 20+ years old. My house was built in 1900 and has all the "fun" quirks of a house that's been worked on for 120 years. Everyone who helped on this project was amazing. They were knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, and professional. The finished product looks fantastic and they did a great job on all the little modifications needed to accommodate the location (which is part of what used to be the root cellar). On top of such amazing work, the pricing was very reasonable. I can't recommend this company enough and I feel really lucky to have found them. They are definitely my go-to company as I continue to update the plumbing throughout the house. A huge thanks to everyone who worked on this effort!
