- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a flat fee for bigger projects that is determined based on the scope of work. I also offer hourly based design consultations for smaller scale jobs. This type of service is a great value, and perfect for someone who needs help selecting interior/exterior paint colors, placement of furniture, art and accessories or figuring out style direction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First consultation is a 'meet and greet' type of format to get a little acquainted with each other. It allows me to see the project in person, determine scope of work and talk about your goals. If it's a good fit and you would like to move forward with some design help, I will provide a Design Services Agreement. Once signed Agreement is obtained, I will start working on your project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 2012 Anastasia got her BA in Interior design from The Art Institute of Colorado. Before starting her own company, she worked for top firms that specialize in design and architecture of high end homes and mountain resorts. She has experience of working with both commercial and residential projects.
