I started training with Dana recently and have definitely seen results! Willpower Fitness is my favorite workout studio in Denver featuring the latest strength and cardio equipment including TRX bands, bosu balls, kettlebells, machines, stairmasters, and my favorite, the sled. They incorporate everything from traditional lifts (both body and light weight) to plyometrics to cross-fit exercises. One on one or group training, the workouts vary every day and you definitely feel a burn. Diet and nutrition planning is also available. The staff takes pride in what they do and make it a supportive environment. Will and Don have been in the fitness industry for 10+ years and are extremely experienced in their field. Also have a great vibe working together, are joksters, and make everyone laugh. They focus on each individual person and are in tune with their body. Stretching and proper form play a key role in everyone's program. Willpower Fitness is a brand new studio, clean, with plenty of showers, hot water, hairdryers, curling irons, hairspray, lotion, etc. The locker room is a relaxing environment to say the least. They also offer childcare with lots of toys! I highly suggest Willpower Fitness. I don't doubt it will become your gym and sanctuary as well.
I have been training with Mike for several years- first through training sessions through a gym where he worked and then I followed him when he went out on his own. I've never been keen on exercising, and I've tried working with other trainers, but it's never stuck. I sought out a trainer because I wanted to improve my strength and ability to lift heavy tiles in my line of work. I have also seen Mike tailor training regiments to weight loss or general health and nutrition. Mike is incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and dedicated to perfecting the basics. His focus on the foundations allows him to make sure your technique is strong enough to add weight, switch up combinations, and feel confident with your knowledge even when you're working out independently (if you're the kind of person that does that). I would highly recommend Mike, no matter your current level of knowledge or strength.
Nick does a great job with his attention to detail. Whether it be form, energy, nutrition, aches & pains along the way; Nick does a great job adapting and providing an exercise/ workout regiment to fit your specific needs. He's very professional, easy-going and relatable. He's a great trainer to have!
Since I've been following Curtis' pre and post workout nutrition programs, I've lost fat, and gained lean muscle. I've also noticed significant endurance gains when performing more intense WODs. He's a fantastic nutrition coach, a great Crossfit Coach, and an all around great guy! I recommend Curtis to everyone I know.
Stephanie helped guide me through my nutrition needs and challenges while preparing for my first attempt at the Copper Triangle ride. My husband and I have been working with Josh for about 2 months now to address weight loss for both of us and my recently diagnosed hypothyroid condition. My husband and I turned to Dr. Sasha Houseman after two emergency room visits concerning our 11 year old son. I was lucky enough to meet Morgan while he was working at Ballys, which was my first experience working with a trainer. I participated in his group fitness class 4 days a week and towards the end we added 2 one on one sessions per week. I worked with Morgan, consistently, for about 6 months and lost just about 40lbs during that time. I have always struggled with weight and had tried every fad diet known. So I was surprised when Morgan said all it would take was a good workout schedule and a healthy diet!! Imagine that?! Being a woman it was hard to be weighed and measured by a fit young man, but he never made me feel uncomfortable about it and was always encouraging. I tend to be silly and sarcastic and some days it was hard to find that motivation needed to get going.. He matched me in every way and motivated me to keep going. Morgan challenged me and kept me on track. He made working out fun and it was something to look forward to after a long work day. When I struggled with nutrition he would have me send him a food journal to help tweak what I was eating and suggested other options. I think what I appreciated most about working with Morgan is that he taught me how to work out and gave me the tools to be successful on my own.
