I hired Robin to install tile on my bathroom floor. Robin worked diligently using her skills to perform a quality installation. There were some complication with the toilet and pedestal sink removal and replacement. Robin worked through each problem with a positive "can-do" attitude. The complications caused the need for extra time on the job and multiple trips to Home Depot. Robin's calm perseverance de-stressed me through this experience. Robin also repaired my kitchen tile grout, after poor work from a previous installation. Robin's work is outstanding and I am more than pleased with my new floors. She went out of her way to assure my satisfaction. Robin's original bid was fair and she accepted a reasonable additional sum for the unforeseen difficulties. I would hire Robin again for tile work or any hand work around my house.
