We used Monarch to repair stucco around our house, then paint the stucco using an elastomeric paint. The results are great! We've got other projects coming up, and Monarch will be our first call.

In spring 2018 Monarch completely overhauled my cedar-sided home in stucco with a stone pop-out. They were amazing. Their team, under Maurilio and Miguel, showed up promptly, worked efficiently and the attention to detail was far greater than I expected. As with any project, there are always hiccups, but these were handled professionally and to my standards. I would hire them again for a future job and recommend them without reservation. I had my entire exterior of my house painted. The painters did an awesome job. They took the time to remove the bad siding and replace with new siding without replacing the entire siding which I could not afford. They cleaned up the mess and took all of the trash with them. Even came back to address some areas that they were not told to do in advance. Seems that there is a lack of communication between the estimator and the painters. I had to remind them what I talked about with the estimator. When I did a final walk through with the estimator's assistant, he pointed out areas that should have been taken care of, the painters didn't know. I understand that Monarch is busy, but sometimes they did not get back to me in a timely manner. I did get some awesome advice on paint colors...since I was stuck. The colors look great. On a down note, the gutter guy left all kinds of metal shards around my house. I am searching for more. One piece went halfway through my tennis shoe. Which I told Monarch and there was not response to that issue from them. Also, I didnt receive an email that they would be over one morning and was not at all prepared for the visit. I had an early zoom meeting with my company, luckily they were late getting started. I told Monarch about that and there was not response from them.Overall I am very happy with the way my house was taken care of. Monarch needs to work a bit on communicating with the workers and the person that hired them.I would hire them again. I have recommended them to several people already. Great job overall.*********Update. The Manager took the time to call me and go over my concerns. They explained that they have addressed my concerns with the staff. Very impressed that I received an actual phone call.

My roof needed to be replaced so I called a few roofing companies to get estimates, I didnt like any of them for various reason (we dont deal with insurance, we dont provide all services so find someone else to do this or that part etc.) then I called Monarch roofing based on my neighbors recommendation, boy Im so glad I did, and I cant thank her enough! This company is amazing, Patrick Bryan helped me out of a very stressful situation and I really appreciate it!I have neglected my roof for so long based on the advice of my previous independent insurance agent, so my roof was 20+ years old, multi-layered and in a very bad shape, I filed a claim with my insurance, an adjuster came in, looked at it then offered about 20% of the project cost due to age and deterioration I was very stressed! Monarch stepped up to help, their entire team is top notch, they went above and beyond to help me get this done in the middle of a pandemic!Patrick identified a ton of things that insurance missed like adding more vents, adding/replacing pipes, replacing soft spots and other upgrades necessary to bring the roof to current code. That helped significantly increase the insurance covered portion and I couldnt be happier!! Monarch now has a new lifetime customer.Theres a reason why they have an A+ rating in Better Business Bureau and so many good reviews online because they are in my opinion the best roofing company around hands down!If I were you, I would not consider using anyone else because these guys really do care about their customers. Price, quality, reviews, excellent customer service, they are the real deal and so professional! My job was done in one day, they even left my property cleaner than before! Save yourself the time and frustration, just call Patrick/Monarch Roofing, youll be glad you did, they are the absolute best in Colorado!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Monarchs roofing, stucco , painting and gutter fees can vary depending on a few factors. This variation can be due to product type, color availability and the size of the project. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When contacting Monarch we will send out a project manager that is knowledgeable and can help you with all of your home improvement needs. They will then contact you to set up a day and time that is convenient to you the homeowner. They will listen to what you need and want.
