- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to do our pricing on a project basis with a guarantee of satisfaction. If a client insists on numbers up front, we quote a range of $2,675 - $5000 per minute of finished product on animation projects, and roughly $3500-$4000 per month for software development.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Of course. We learn new software and new programming languages as needed.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I continually work at getting customers to see the many ways that animation can be used besides entertainment. Many people are stuck in thinking of animation as just cartoons with no real world applications. You can get a message across using animation for a fraction of the cost of traditional video production using actors, directors, producers, studio time, etc.
