Ian was outstanding to work with. He was at our house by 8:30 am on the day of the last big storm and after he looked at our damaged tree he got his chainsaw out and offered to help get the downed limbs off of our neighbors driveway as a favor and this was before we had accepted his bid. We ended up accepting his bid over 3 other ones we got from other certified Arborists. He was a good price but also very helpful. He took down our 28 year old 50-60 foot ash and ground the stump and roots and hauled it all away. He cleaned up everything and was always on time. He is our new tree guy ! Highly recommend

Ian has done an incredible job on the two projects I hired him for. He doesn’t go straight to recommending cutting trees down, which is a breath of fresh air. The trees he has removed for me, he did a great job and you can’t even tell the tree was there by the time he’s done.

Each tree and job brings its own challenges and job prices reflect that.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process of with working with new and prior customers is setting up a time and date to come and meet with you in person. We will talk about your needs as a customer and what the tree needs to live a healthy life. All work preformed by Arcane will be held to ISA standards.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ISA certified arborist and member.
