- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to price by the job. That way the customer isnt paying for time that isnt spent on the task.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got into this work after teaching for several years. I enjoy working with people directly and making a difference. Having a knack for fixing things and having a great deal of patience are the things that led me to become a handyman.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with a variety of customers. From thankful and appreciative, all the way to hardened and unmoved. Ive worked with customers who, even though im going to be working inside their home, ive never seen their face, even after jobs been long completed. All ages, races, walks of life. Im thankful for being able to make life a little easier for them in some way, shape, or form. :)
