FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do our best as far as trying to give a decent price for services performed. I'm sure we aren't always the cheapest and I'm confident to say we definitely aren't the most expensive but we do quality work that will take care of our customers for many years.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We communicate directly with any desired available platform whether it be text messaging, phone call, or email. We will be in touch and stay in touch even after the work is done to make sure our customers are still satisfied in the future and so they know that they have us to be there for them anytime they need our help.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am EPA universally certified so I am able to perform refrigerant work not only in residential but also commercial and industrial as well. I have many years as a lead installer for a couple of local companies and was also an installation manager for a corporation. I've been trained to be able to work with almost every type of brand of HVAC equipment and also believe continuing my education in my field is crucial to be able to keep up with any changes that happen in my field.
