I dropped by surface pro 3 and cracked the screen. I needed someone to fix my surface pro 3 and Microsoft said they do not fix surface pro 3 anymore. I was about to give up until I found Digital Rx computer repair, he said he was able to fix it. His work is exceptional and I was able to get my laptop back after 4 days. I was worried how much it was going to cost but his prices are really good!!!

I live in California and needed to find someone to help my very senior Dad in Florida with his computer. My remote tech support abilities are limited by time zone and patience. Chris responded immediately, appeared on their doorstep on time, fixed the problems, and even provided some ad hoc tutoring. Now they have a resource to fix, install, or configure the household electronics. Great service and fair rates. Five stars for sure.
