FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is to always provide a free consultation when working with a new client. Every consultation is obligation free and gives us a change to meet in person. During the consultation, we will discuss your personal needs and expectations for the service, menus, storage, and answer any questions that you might have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am classically trained in culinary arts from Johnson and Wales University in Denver. I also have my B.S. in Dietetics and Nutrition from University of Northern Colorado. I am a Registered Dietitian and work at North Colorado Medical Center as a Clinical Dietitian. My husband, Brennen, has over 8 years of experience in the food service industry. Most recently, he has worked at Chimney Park Bistro in Northern Colorado. It was voted one of the best restaurants in the country just a few years ago. Together we have over 16 years of experience in the food service industry and strive to make your experience with us memorable!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We absolutely love working with people to provide them with the best food that is right for their family and their health. After attending culinary school and becoming a Registered Dietitian, I realized I wanted to help others take back control over their health. Because there are many different approaches to making changes, we offer personal chef services, cooking lessons, and nutrition counseling.
