We have now used Phil for multiple projects over the last 6 months and have been nothing but pleased with all of the work he has completed for us! Many of the jobs have been very difficult jobs that were in poor condition and Phil has left all of them looking brand new. We have continued to us Phil time and time again because he always does a great job, is very quick and is great at communicating with us! We had a bad experience with Phil. He was timely as we needed to get the house ready to be placed on the market. However, we specified that we wanted the interior rolled and brushed. We were called out of town and were not able to be there when Phil painted and when we returned our neighbors told us he sprayed the inside. Phil made excuses about why he did that but the bottom line was he did not do what we wanted. Also, we asked for the garage tone white and when we returned it was a yellow color. I did agree to paint the home with brush and roller under our original contract. The contract also stated I would have the required time to do this. Towards the end of the 1st day (we were 1 day early from our official start date mind you) I received a call from Rick in all urgency that I needed to complete the job ahead of schedule because the realtor had people interested in buying the home. Half the job was done with brush and roller. The only way to speed up the process was to set up the larger rooms to be sprayed. The home was empty the carpet being replaced. The home was spotless when we were finished. The paint job was flawless and beautiful! I have no understanding why Rick would complain the job was done ahead of schedule and as far as I am concerned sprayed interior walls have a much cleaner look than brush and roller marks. As far as the garage is concerned the color was approved by Rick. Upon his unwarranted complaint it was the wrong color. I offered to repaint at NO CHARGE! He declined! I agree that this was not a good experience! Rick and his wife were a nightmare to work for. Just read his comments do you see one comment that they did not like the quality of the job? NO because they can't it was beautiful. They actually tried to blame me for the previous painters faults, obvious different color paint on wood work they tried to blame me for. You know what? I cleaned it off for them after pointing out that it WAS NOT ME! Bottom line we did a wonderful job I was paid in full. We were done on time. I stand behind my decision to spray the larger rooms. As you can see by my other reviews. I do fantastic work. There are the occasional people like this that will find fault in anything. Spray? Brush and roll? Please

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Yes I do. There are many factors that come into play when determining pricing of a project. Each home is different. So for each home there will be determining factors for pricing. Condition, color choice, size, amount of work, ect. I typically use a baseline price and amount of work to be done. If the home is in a distressed state it is presented to my customers in detail and priced accordingly.
