she did not show up- and waited until the day of the scheduled cleaning to let me know. Her excuse?.. i don't drive to Thornton. my exact address- including Thornton- were in 2 of the emails we exchanged in the week prior to the appointment. AND to top it off, she said that she would come to Thornton for more money. Incredibly unprofessional.

Her cleaning was horrible. After she cleaned I had to go back and clean almost everything again. She completely missed the basement bathroom and her overall attention to detail was so bad. I would never hire this cleaning service again. I was hoping to not have to worry about move out cleaning, but that is the opposite that happened. I will say she did offer to come back and clean what she missed, but I told her no. I would rather do it myself and know it will be cleaned the right way. She had her chance the first time.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
i show up the day of the cleaning (unless you want to set a interview with me before cleaning) i sit down with you and explain different options i do. i also have some paperwork just saying we understand each other and we agree on what services you want and when i am schedule to clean your home also other information like phone number security codes if any, keys if any ( they will be lock in a secure box) i will show you i am insured and boned. and if you have any question we will discuss it at the time.
