We had several fence boards that were broken because of a gigantic bush that was eating through it. These guys did a good job getting in between them and fixing the broken pickets by replacing them. A couple of things I was not completely thrilled about was that the owners subordinate left a 2 to 3 pickets loose without hammering them to a post and they started the project charging $400 and added $350 and then another $100. I wish they would have stuck to one estimate and not kept changing them several times.

Byron responded within a few minutes. I explained items were not fixed for an up closing, for my buyers. Byron re-arranged some other projects and met me in a couple of hours. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every house has different shapes and sizes that's why I give free estimates.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I call my customer to set up a free estimate.Once estimate is quoted then we set a time that is good for both of us for me to come do the work. After costomer is happy I write receipt for payment with a contact card.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15yrs of experience!! I always do the job right the first time I just got on thumbtack so that's why I'm bronze instead of gold a few jobs is all I need to become a gold pro!!
