- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge between $25 and $40 to mow a lawn and we charge $40/hour plus materials for landscaping work
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer contacts us, we go to them and see what exactly they need done. If they need materials we will usually have to research to get the best price from other local business and then we present them with my quote. Then we schedule them for as soon as possible.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We do mostly residential work but have worked with other small businesses too.
