Their pricing was very competitive, communication was excellent, and everyone I worked with was both professional and personable. The office staff was very helpful throughout the process, and Andrew, my assigned electrician, was fantastic. My project timing had changed somewhat from when I originally requested the estimate, and DN Electric was willing to come back out for a second onsite estimate when I wasn't completely sure about the final scope of work. Once I was ready to move forward, they were able to get me on the schedule quickly, which I really appreciated, especially considering how busy they are! The project involved completely improving the lighting in my basement. They capped off four existing standard light boxes that weren't providing adequate lighting and installed 14 new wafer lights throughout the ceiling. Andrew was extremely patient and helpful on installation day while we worked out the best placement and spacing for the new lights. The finished result looks amazing and completely transformed the space. The lighting downstairs is a whole different experience now! They showed up when they said they would and worked efficiently throughout the project. The job was originally expected to take three days, but they were able to complete everything in two. I was also especially impressed with how they handled an issue that came up afterward when some of the new lights were damaged accidentally by another contractor. Andrew first tried to help me troubleshoot the issue over the phone so I could keep the project moving and hopefully avoid an unexpected additional visit. When that didn't work, DN Electric managed to rearrange their schedule and get someone back out the same day, which was a huge help in keeping the larger project on track. Andrew was wonderful from start to finish, and I couldn't be happier with the final result. Great communication, fair pricing, excellent work, and a team that genuinely went out of their way to help when an unexpected issue came up. I would absolutely use DN Electric again and highly recommend them for electrical projects big or small!"See more
