- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on square footage, number of stairs, size of rug and size of furniture. Price can also very based on how dirty or stained the carpet/upholstery is.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you call, text or email we can work out the estimate over the phone. I will ask what you are wanting to have cleaned, size of the rooms or rugs that need cleaned (I can measure when I'm onsite), any specific stains and the area you are in. I may request pictures to help me work out a more accurate estimate. I could also stop by in person for a free no obligation estimate, to do measurements and examine the area. If a price is agreed upon I can do the work at that time and if we don't agree no harm, no obligation the estimate is free. I will input your information into my scheduling system, with the appointment details to which you can receive text message notifications when I am on my way, when I have arrived and when the job is complete ( can opt out as well). I can also text or email an invoice if need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for a restoration company, as well as being a maintenance technician for an apartment complex, where I dealt with a myriad of situations. I very handy and will do everything to make something work so you are happy with the service.
