Oakmasters gave me a very fair and straightforward quote, and was willing to lace-in hardwood to match our current floors without refinishing entire level (something others were not willing to do, much less at the price Oakmasters was willing to do it at). I was skeptical of final result because of the 5 other quotes that said they couldn't do it. Oakmasters matched the look, it turned out really well, and he stood by it if we needed anything else.
