The team at Universal Repair was fantastic from start to finish. Dmytro was our technician and he diagnosed our issue, got the parts ordered and replaced the part within a week. We had been told the part wasn’t available and actually was ghosted by another company. I really appreciate Dmytro and Universal, will definitely use them again in the future.

The Service Technician arrived on time. Completed the job in less time than I expected. He was very professional and friendly. While I hope I never have to use Universal again, but since I own Samsung appliances I’ll be contacting them again. Bottom line, they are very professional company and fairly easy on the bank account.
