Rachael was amazing from initial contact to bartending services. We hired her to bartend our little backyard wedding reception and she really made it a memorable event. She helped us come up with cocktails, prepared a VERY organized shopping list, made the cutest drink sign, was fun to talk to, and made the most fantastic cocktails. I even caught her clearing tables when the drink line was empty. We got a lot of compliments from friends throughout the night. I would definitely hire her again.

Ahsley was simply fantastic! She is a hospitality pro! She set me up for success with a great shopping list for some well thought out specialty drinks. She arrived a few minutes early with all of her tools of the trade. She anticipated so well for drinks and helping with dinner. She stayed an extra hour as we were all having so much fun! Can't wait to have another event and bring Ashley!

Wow Highball Events is who to hire for putting on a party or event. We contracted 3 Service staff team to set up, maintain the buffet and drink station and tear down for our wedding rehearsal dinner. They were superb! They went so far higher than expected I can’t give Ashley and her team a stronger recommendation! They blended in to the party and took care of all guests with 5 star service!. From the beginning until the end of the process, Highball Events are the Team to hire for any party/event!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After receiving your inquiry we will set up a time to have a brief phone call so that we can get introduced to each other and review the details of your event. We are also available to review details via text for your convenience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our bartenders are TIPS certified and have extensive experience.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked in fine dining restaurants for many years as a server, bartender and eventually a general manager. I started working private parties with a caterer that specialized in high end private parties. Since then I have developed a great group of servers and bartenders that are the best of the best and we would love to work with you at your next event!
