I began my search for someone to install central air a few months back. Thomas had the best customer service, walking me through everything over the phone, doing an initial quote (that turned out to be the same after coming in person), and was patient and willing to answer any questions I had later on via text. His demeanor was very genuine and friendly. The competitors in the area had quotes that charged me two or three times as much as what he did! The work was completed in about 6 hours and they came back the following day to check on and fix an issue that was due to how the previous owner of my home set up the venting. The entire process was smooth and I can’t recommend them enough to anyone looking for high quality work that doesn’t break the bank!

Thomas and his team were amazing to work with. So professional and communicative. We hired them to revamp our HVAC system - new furnace, ductwork, and new AC. I had way too many questions going into this project but Thomas respectfully answered each and every one. And did so very quickly. They also did the work very quickly and very high quality. Our system works way way better now than it did. Also, they offer excellent value for the work. They were competitive or beat the prices of others that we received estimates for and they did so while offering higher quality products (American Standard rather than new or knockoff brands). Also, we needed a little alteration to the ducting after inspections and Thomas and his team came back within 1 day after I contacted him. And that even though we had already paid him for the work and he had no financial incentive to be so responsive. I highly recommend Pinnacle for any HVAC needs!!!

Can not recommend Pinnacle enough. I feel super blessed to have had such a wonderful, trustworthy person such as Thomas. He made time to check out my furnance that stopped, in negative degree, cold spell. Thomas will fix your furnance and not up sell you. He got our furnance going with a temporary fix and I decided a new furnace was worth it instead of the new part. Our furnance was 22 years old, I know anyone wise wouldn't have even gotten it working again.
