About
NATIVE Builders was only created in 2019, but business owners Tyler Loos and Joshua Garcia have been in construction for a combined 30 years. They decided to start their own company when they realized their craftsmanship and work ethic well surpassed big names in the industry, and that homeowners deserve better than what they often are getting. NATIVE Builders has made customer satisfaction and communication first priorities.
No job is too big or too small, from single unit installs such as a toilet or vanity, to large, multi-faceted projects to completely renovate an area.
NATIVE Builders prides itself in quality control, with the company consisting of two equal business partners that tackle every trade with competence, it creates an environment where the guys you meet at the bid, are the guys that own the company, who are the guys who do the work, and the guys who are there if you have any questions or need to make modifications.

Tyler came out and installed a new 6-panel interior door for me. He was very professional and did a meticulous job installing it, it turned out perfect. I will definitely call him again if I need help with future home improvements!

All remodeling projects involve mess, noise and inconvenience. So you might as well work with nice, positive, collaborative people who do everything they can to make the experience as painless as possible. That's Native Builders. Tyler and Josh expertly handled all aspects of our two bathroom remodel projects, including doing beautiful tile work, and gave us great ideas to maximize the use of small spaces. We are very happy with the results and would definitely hire them again for future projects.

Native Builders made a laundry room for me. They began the project on the day they said they would. They were always on time and if they were going to be late they let me know. They were professional in all our interactions. Finished the project on time and within the budget. The end of project clean up was excellent. They made sure I was satisfied before they finished the job.

My husband is a commercial contractor and a perfectionist. When he hired Joshua to help build the house he designed, he met his match. Joshua oversaw a crew of 3 to 4 helpers who framed the entire 5000 sq ft house, ran the wiring and the plumbing, laid tile and hardwood flooring, installed 52 windows and the wooden trim around the windows, floors and doors, did the siding, hung a massive beam in the kitchen... You name it, they did it. Joshua is honest, trustworthy, pays attention to details and his work ethics are above reproach. I recommend him and his partner.
Joshua and his business partner installed and full outdoor kitchen and a bar in my daughter's new home. We've seen the quality of that job, also and very impressed.
I believe you will be as pleased with the quality of their work as well as my husband and I have been.
