Jacob just finished some repairs and replacing new bathroom tiles for us and he did a fantastic job. Very professional work and the bathroom looks great. Seriously consider Jacob for your next remodel as he devotes his time to doing the job right. He works alone, so the job might take a little longer but it's done right and to the customer's satisfaction. Good person to hire for your next project.

Let me start off by saying that if I ever need any other projects done at my house, BHI will be the only company I will call! They were at my house every morning promptly. They worked hard all throughout the day, taking no breaks. Of course, issues come up during construction, but they handled those issues quickly and with much concern. I know Im not the easiest person to please because I am very detailed oriented, and I know what I want. Jacob and Wes were just as detail oriented as I am, so their finishing work was about as close to perfect as you can get. I cannot say enough about the quality of their work and the integrity that they showed. They treated my husband and I, and our home, with the utmost of respect. they cleaned their work area meticulously every single day and didnt leave any tools in the house after they left. I could go on and on, but hopefully anyone reading this will get the point. You should use BHI for your next bathroom remodel!

Jacob was so easy to work with. He took care of things I didnt even think of. Pricing was clear and upfront and I appreciated the pay schedule.He made new floor and toilet in our 40sqft bathroom feel like a whole new bathroom.1. So clean. Cared for my home like it was his own.2. Kind and professional. Hes the person you instantly trust and want in your home.3. Does an amazing job. Jake and team are just amazing! I have never met a more hardworking, trustworthy contractor. What sets Jake apart is his passion for what he does. He cares about doing everything right the first time and stands by the quote he gives you even if things come up during the process. He was always on time and a great communicator. Our project was even done in the exact time he said it would take! Jake is also unique because he offers design services too. We actually came into our bathroom remodel with a design, but he came up with some incredible ideas to add to it that we ended up using! Jake is awesome and I will use him for all of our bathroom remodels moving forward!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm not cheap, and I don't offer any discounts. Please do not send me a work request if you're "just looking for an estimate". Thumbtack charges us for each work request. However, if you're motivated to get your project done, and you're looking for quality, I might be the contractor for you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial consultation call to determine if we're a good fit. Then, if necessary, an in-person estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5 years almost exclusively remodeling bathrooms, with another 4 years of general experience in various trades.
