Let me start off by saying that if I ever need any other projects done at my house, BHI will be the only company I will call! They were at my house every morning promptly. They worked hard all throughout the day, taking no breaks. Of course, issues come up during construction, but they handled those issues quickly and with much concern. I know Im not the easiest person to please because I am very detailed oriented, and I know what I want. Jacob and Wes were just as detail oriented as I am, so their finishing work was about as close to perfect as you can get. I cannot say enough about the quality of their work and the integrity that they showed. They treated my husband and I, and our home, with the utmost of respect. they cleaned their work area meticulously every single day and didnt leave any tools in the house after they left. I could go on and on, but hopefully anyone reading this will get the point. You should use BHI for your next bathroom remodel!

Jacob and his team were spectacular. We had him renovate 2 bathrooms and also build a custom built-in mudroom. From the first meeting with Jacob he listened to our ideas and goals and offered suggestions and advice to help us pull all the pieces together. His proposal was so clearly itemized that we had no questions at all around his estimate as well as where we could add or remove items to work within our budget. The work began and ended within the timeframe he promised highlighting Jacobs masterful project management skills. When it comes to the work, Jacob and his team get an A+. Demo was quick and organized. The skill and craftsmanship of the rebuild was masterful. It is clear that Jacob has significant training and experience and he takes pride in his work. His attention to detail is top notch. Jacob was responsive to all of our questions, including confirming measurements of items we were ordering before the work even began as well as daily updates on their progress. When the work was done they spent hours cleaning up after themselves leaving the new spaces sparkling and brand new. On top of everything, Jacob and his team were a pleasure to have around our house. We cant say enough great things about Jacob and are excited to work with him again soon on future projects.

Jake and team are just amazing! I have never met a more hardworking, trustworthy contractor. What sets Jake apart is his passion for what he does. He cares about doing everything right the first time and stands by the quote he gives you even if things come up during the process. He was always on time and a great communicator. Our project was even done in the exact time he said it would take! Jake is also unique because he offers design services too. We actually came into our bathroom remodel with a design, but he came up with some incredible ideas to add to it that we ended up using! Jake is awesome and I will use him for all of our bathroom remodels moving forward!

I'm not cheap, and I don't offer any discounts. Please do not send me a work request if you're "just looking for an estimate". Thumbtack charges us for each work request. However, if you're motivated to get your project done, and you're looking for quality, I might be the contractor for you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial consultation call to determine if we're a good fit. Then, if necessary, an in-person estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5 years almost exclusively remodeling bathrooms, with another 4 years of general experience in various trades.
