It’s rare to find a contractor that you feel you can completely trust, but TechWPS offers just that. John is honest, intelligent, communicates clearly, and is solution oriented. He spends the time to clarify what he’s going to work on and then walks you through the finished job (a rarity). We have hired his company twice now and he will be our ‘go-to’ moving forward. Another major benefit is that John offers a wide array of services as he essentially has all trades available to him - plumbing, electrical, drywall etc so he’s a one-stop-shop.
John and Marco did an excellent job installing all lights, changing switches, and converting outlets. They had, by far, the best value for the money than any other quote. Will definitely use them again! Thanks, John!
John did an amazing job on our basement. He provided a line item quote while others were very vague on what was included. Other contractor said things were included but were vague on added costs on the back end. John was very clear what he included and what he didn't. The process was so clean from invoices, start and finish of each stage to communicating throughout. John finished our basement in 8 weeks. Happy with the process and the result.

Finishing a basement was very stressful to us but found techwps and had a such great experience with John. Hugh quality work with good pricing. You won’t be disappointed. Was very helpful through the entire process I’d recommend him to anyone. Very pleased with entire process.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1. We are happy to swing out, discuss your vision, make suggestions and give a free estimate based on local codes and your requirements.
2. If you search google for ideas on what it may cost to finish a basement, you will see that it can be anywhere from $35 -$70 a square foot. We price on a line item basis, so it is based on what you want, but we also acknowledge and base our quotes on city and state codes, so while some will try to cut corners, we want to make sure your family is safe while helping you stay in a budget.
