Introduction: I like to work in a focused but fun atmosphere, and I like to keep the workouts interesting. I find that it works best to discuss your health and fitness history, so I can create workouts that fit your needs and meet your goals. I also offer written 8-week workout programs, which you can do on your own time. I am able to be contacted all day every day via e-mail or text message. I offer nutrition programs/recommendations that include meal prep advice, recipes, and food lists. Fitness starts in the kitchen! I love to be in the outdoors as well, and take workouts outside! I look forward to working with YOU! My certification is through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). ACE has been accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) since 2003. The Council offers one of the best fitness certifications out there.

I have consulted with Heidi over the past few years in various aspects of my fitness goals, including workout splits, meal planning, motivational tips, and supplementation. I live approximately an hour from Heidi, but she is more than willing to adapt to electronic communication- so don’t let your location or proximity rule her out! Heidi’s personal fitness experiences combined with her expertise gained through certification make her both knowledgeable and relatable. She considers personal preferences and understands the value of creating fitness plans that are both challenging and enjoyable. Heidi is able to fine-tune her assistance to meet a wide variety of needs- from beginners looking to learn the basics, to those looking for help with more specific athletic goals. Her passion for fitness is obvious, and she has a sense of humor which can make accountability more entertaining. She is very helpful in providing clarification on form, suggestions for variety, and adjustments to workouts and meal plans when milestones or plateaus occur. She provides effective advice, which leads to positive results.

I worked with Heidi during an 8-session term. We did a few gym workouts, but the rest were outside, using my body weight and equipment that could be found/replaced easily at home or in other parks near my house. She developed a plan specifically fit for me, and met me at my current fitness level. She was attentive to my form, listened to my concerns, and was SO motivating! If you're looking for a unique personal training experience, and an a** whooping, look no further! Heidi's your gal!

Heidi prepared a workout plan that incorporated basic weight training and cross training. The workout plan was both challenging and attainable. Within the first week I was sore in areas that my previous gym routine neglected. Heidi made sure that I knew she was available should I have any questions about the plan or if it needed any modifications to better suit my needs. What I appreciated most about working out with Heidi was her customer service. While she is guiding you to your fitness goals, the journey is not hers- it belongs solely to her client.
