Introduction: I like to work in a focused but fun atmosphere, and I like to keep the workouts interesting. I find that it works best to discuss your health and fitness history, so I can create workouts that fit your needs and meet your goals.
I also offer written 8-week workout programs, which you can do on your own time. I am able to be contacted all day every day via e-mail or text message. I offer nutrition programs/recommendations that include meal prep advice, recipes, and food lists. Fitness starts in the kitchen!
I love to be in the outdoors as well, and take workouts outside! I look forward to working with YOU!
My certification is through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). ACE has been accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) since 2003. The Council offers one of the best fitness certifications out there.
