If you are looking for a company that is straight forward then look no further. We try and educate our customers so they make an educated decision on the products they purchase. Not all products are created equal.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Not all people tell the truth. Some unknowingly. We work directly with our carpet mills and sales reps to get the updated information on carpet. It is super important to us that our customers know the fiber and construction of the carpet before they purchase any goods.
