The work on my gas fire place was a bit difficult as the problem was complete non-operation but not clear what was wrong. Iulian was able to trouble shoot the device and get it back to operation. It was a mis-connection between the remote and the FP. And he did an expert cleaning at the same time.

This Pro texted me and showed up at my house withinan hour ! I called about 6 Pros and ,3 promised to come but NEVER showed up. This company eas the only one ! I had NO heat for 5 days I couldn't even take shiwer because the house was to cold. Excellent company!
