I became a General Contractor because of my passion for construction and making dreams a reality through major renovations or small repairs. It’s very rewarding seeing a project come together and the final result and most importantly the satisfaction of dealing with the client through all stages of planning. Starting from excellent communication and listening to your needs and wants from the project. I take pride in my work and my subs which are all very professional. I’m licensed and insured as well, depending on the project permits may or may not be required

I finally found my dream home but it needed some upgrades Chris with CH Remodeling & Home Repair came highly recommend, so I called .He walked me through all the options and pricing, he was always on time , very personable and professional. Chris gave me my dream tub/bathroom, floors throughout the hole house and added a new small full kitchen in the basement.

I used C&H to have some new LVP flooring installed, some drywall repair & paint. Everything was handled very professional & the work was spot-on. I would definitely use them again on my next home project!

Took down a wall, extended the living room and did a really nice job...the flooring and paint recommendations were excellent...great job and very professionally done!

Chris was very professional and on time, I needed my tile replaced in the bathroom and waterproof the rest of the shower. thank you so much will definitely recommend to my family and friends.
