Introduction: We have liability insurance to protect both you and me from unexpected occurrences. I have a wide variety of skills from certified home inspections, to licensed HVAC services and also handyman jobs. I enjoy meeting and helping people everyday. I can help with most of your home needs. My rates are as follows : We have a $60 service fee and a two hour minimum at $70 per hour which equals $200 for the first two hours. Additional hours are a flat $70 per hour. I can usually do multiple tasks in the 2-hour timeframe and seldom need additional time.

Carl was a Godsend! Took him no time to remove my old ceiling fan and install my new one - on a vaulted ceiling, then offered to help with fixing my front door! He is the best!!! Will be using his skills again! Even is going to donate my old fan to Habitat for humanity !!

Carl is a real pro. My tub, shower, and two replacement sinks have never looked better. I'd been walking around in a dark bedroom and bathroom until Carl repaired the lighting fixtures. I drove 43 miles one way, plus a trip to home depot, just shy of 100 miles. I matched the door gasket perfectly. The job took 3 hours and required 3 different types of saws. Plus I supplied primer for the new wood. Sounds like a 5 to me ?
