- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cash, Check, Venmo or Zelle with no fees, all other forms of payment have a 5% fee. Basic Rate is $700 a day (up to 9 hours), $500 for half day (up to 5 hours) for all small jobs (less than 2 weeks) plus $130/day for overhead Longer contracts are per contract with a deposit of (1/4 labor+materials+overhead) and payments due by draws based on the size of the job. Most of the jobs are between 50/50 and 60/40 (Labor/Materials)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact here on thumbtack expect a call from me immediately. We will discuss timing, basic pricing, we we offer and go over some basic details. Once we are both on the same page with the job, I will arrange a time to see the property and discuss further any more details. Most on site quotes take at least 1 hour. I will provide an estimate and scope of work contract and if desired we can move forward with the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 17 years of experience in General Contracting. 10 years in tile work 5 of them with schluter Over 2 years in each HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing experience I have done multiple house renovations. I am been licensed in multiple states I am fully insured with a 2m policy and a 25K surety bond.
