The owner, Tim, took on a project that was partially started by a different "contractor." Tim was responsive professional, and the quality of his "craftsmanship" was excellent. I watched him evaluate the current status of the project and devise a logical plan to test the quality of the partially completed work and do a superior job completing the project. I have worked with engineers and contractors for 40+ years and have higher standards than the average customer. Not only was his work, thorough, preformed to industry best practices and current codes, but Tim takes pride in his work and continues to stay current with his skills and the latest construction methods and materials which he proudly applies to all of his jobs to take his work to the next level. I was very impressed with the breath of his knowledge and skill and hope to work with him on future projects. The icing on the cake was his "bedside manner", this project was for someone wheelchair bound healing from serious health issues, Tim was very compassionate, respectful and sensitive of the home owners circumstances which made the urgent remodel process much smoother and less stressful which was priceless. I will happily give him a reference and plan to refer him to friends, family, and other construction colleagues. A big thank you to Tim!

I Hired Tim to remodel my bathroom, not only was he fair priced, but his work was above and beyond to make a one of a kind custom bathroom. There was one mistake that he found and not only took care of the problem but honored his lifetime warrant. I have hired him a few more times for various small projects and he is always able to come over after hours and fix things for me. He is honest and worth every penny.

I had the unfortunate experience of having a contractor disappear on me and left me with a half completed shower. Tim called me after I sent a message and we talked about the situation. He asked questions about the types of materials that had been used and was able to tell me that unfortunately it was all wrong. We made a plan to talk more a couple hours later and in that time I had another contractor come look at the work in person. I was honestly kind of shocked to hear that the in person contractor gave me the same information as Tim. It was done incorrectly and really just needed to be gutted. I was very impressed by Tim’s ability to diagnose the problem without even seeing it in person. He was able to explain what went wrong and why in a clear and understandable way which helped me realize that it wasn’t something that could just be finished as it sat. I’m very grateful that he was honest about the situation rather than just trying to make a buck and compound the problem. I look forward to working with him in the future!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cash, Check, or Zelle $450 a day (up to 9 hours), $250 for half day (up to 5 hours) I do not require a deposit for same week bookings. Jobs are typically T&M Longer contracts are billed at end of week. Materials are due at time of payment at cost on receipt; larger purchases for materials are due same day or by the customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact from either an online contact submission or email or phone call, I like to get some photos of the work and discuss the job either on the phone or via email. Once we are both on the same page with the job, I will arrange a time to see the property and discuss further any more details. I will provide an estimate and scope of work contract and if desired we can move forward with the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 15 years of experience in remodeling. 10 years in tile work over 6 years in each HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing I have done multiple house renovations. I am been licensed in multiple states
