Garrett and Shelby did an amazing job of bringing my wall molding project and vision to life! They pivoted with me as we went along to bring forth the most visually appealing version of what I wanted to achieve. Their pricing was great and transparent. Garrett even added another panel to the project after it was a week completed and decided I needed one more. Highly recommend!

Details: Chair or picture rail (less common) • Plaster • No, I will need the carpenter to provide the molding or trim • This is just an installation job - no design needed • Solid wood • As recommended by carpenter • 81 - 160 ft • I would like it painted

I had Front Range put together some very heavy corten planters, install a Genie remote, and finish a stud wall. The job was completed very efficiently and with a smile on Garret and Josh' faces. Their abilities and professionalism are exceptionally good. Front Range will be my go to Handyman forever.

Communication was smooth and easy. Either via Thumbtack or text message, Garrett and Jena were very responsive and patient. Garrett inspected our prior sunroofs on two different occasions and we didn’t feel pressured into having to make a decision. Garrett provided different estimates and options, which were all reasonably priced. The new sunroof looks great and the workmanship is great appreciated. I will recommend to anybody looking for sunroof replacement.

Details: 2 - 4 windows • Water is leaking in • Skylight • Residential

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Typically, we charge $105 for the first hour and $45/hour beyond while on-site. We do adjust pricing depending on the project and like to practice fair pricing for every project.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We collect the customer information for our customer resource management software then prefer to email back-and-forth to gather details about the project (getting any photos is wonderfully helpful) and then we will send out a formal proposal over email for the customer to review.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My team has been working in construction and handyman-type work for 15 years now. We also started as business performing house flips and so have learned the ins and outs of day-to-day repairs and renovations, and have an extensive subcontractor list to draw from for specialty projects.
