My experience with Front Range Redevelopment was exceptional from the beginning. From the moment FR Redevelopment responded to my job summary quickly, they were very professional and answered any questions that I had about the job. Garrett and his team showed up on time and did an amazing job. They wasted no time and got right to work. FR Redevelopment will be my go to company for future jobs. Dewayne

We hired Front Range Redevelopment through ThumbTack. Garrett and Paul installed tint film to our two 18 foot high windows in our living room. This was not an easy job at all but we were highly impressed with their determination and "stick-to-it-ness" to make sure the film was applied properly. We also liked the way they took their time to make sure the job was done right and to our satisfaction. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Typically, we charge a flat $165 service fee which covers drive time and up to three hours on-site. We do adjust pricing depending on the project and like to practice fair pricing for every project.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We collect the customer information for our customer resource management software then prefer to email back-and-forth to gather details about the project (getting any photos is wonderfully helpful) and then we will send out a formal proposal over email for the customer to review.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My team has been working in construction and handyman-type work for 15 years now. We also started as business performing house flips and so have learned the ins and outs of day-to-day repairs and renovations, and have an extensive subcontractor list to draw from for specialty projects.
