I am seriously so so happy I came across Front Range! Garrett was so quick and my baseboards look perfect! They were quick to resond and Very transparent with pricing. They are coming back next week to help me with a few more projects! Highly recommend!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Typically, we charge $105 for the first hour and $45/hour beyond while on-site. We do adjust pricing depending on the project and like to practice fair pricing for every project.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We collect the customer information for our customer resource management software then prefer to email back-and-forth to gather details about the project (getting any photos is wonderfully helpful) and then we will send out a formal proposal over email for the customer to review.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    My team has been working in construction and handyman-type work for 15 years now. We also started as business performing house flips and so have learned the ins and outs of day-to-day repairs and renovations, and have an extensive subcontractor list to draw from for specialty projects.
