Thomas did an outstanding job on my bathroom remodel. He worked incredibly hard to finish the job quickly, but also didn’t cut any corners, and even went above and beyond by fixing things that had previously been done incorrectly. He tiled the floor and walls of the bathroom. It looks amazing, very modern and fresh. I will definitely contact him again when I’m ready for the next project.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a flat rate referral discount of $250.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After providing a free estimate through Quickbooks, a date will be arranged to begin work provided the costumer accepts the quote.
No prior payment is necessary for jobs where material cost is below $3000.
If unforeseen repairs and work items are added to the scope of the job, I will discuss and agree upon a change order with the customer.
At the completion of the job, I will perform a walk through with the client, insuring that they are satisfied with the job and that it is completed according to the scope of work outlined in the estimate.
After this, I will send an invoice through quickbooks detailing the work completed. The customer has the ability to pay with a credit card or PayPal through quickbooks or by check or cash.
