Licensed & Insured Colorado Contractor Growing up in Littleton, CO, I began my handyman career early when I worked in a rental and repair shop through high school and part of college. I attended the Colorado School of Mines and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. After pursuing oil and gas engineering for three years on the road commissioning gas plants as a contract engineer, I decided that life was not for me. I still love to build things too much, to use my hands and get dirty, which is why I started Renos By Erf. Renos By Erf is your go to contractor and handyman service, handling all your home/office renovations in the South Denver Metro area. My goal is to provide clean, quality work, with attention to detail, at a fair price. Where is the name Renos By Erf from?? Renos is short for Renovation and Erf is a family nickname that has been passed down over the years and nickname from playing sports in high school & college.

Zach and Brandon did a fantastic job installing drywall for us. They matched the texturing in our walls perfectly. They were very professional and friendly. No time was wasted and well worth what we paid, which was reasonable.

Zach is THE best - we had an issue in our basement remodel from the past handyman where my doors were not installed correctly and I was at my wits end trying to find a solution to fix it. Zach came by to look at the problem, gave me a solution and quote, and then he and his team were able to solve it like planned! Such a relief to work with someone who not only cares about their work but takes the time to understand the situation and give the best outcome. Fixed the doors perfectly and quickly. They were in communication with me the whole time and made sure everything was correct. I will be reaching out again for more projects. Thank you Zach and Brandon!
