FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What Customers Should Know About My Pricing: • Transparent Pricing: I provide clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. You’ll know the full cost before any work begins. • Project-Based or Hourly Rates: Depending on the size and complexity of the project, I offer either a flat project fee or a competitive hourly rate. • Initial Consultation — Flat Fee of $350: I offer an initial consultation to assess your needs and either fix the issue on the spot or recommend the best solution. Please note that if your situation requires an upgrade to part of your network system and you choose to proceed with my services, this fee will be applied toward the total project cost. • Discounts for Larger Projects: Discounts are available for larger projects, multiple system installations, or bundled services (e.g., WiFi network + Smart Home setup). • Repeat Customer and Referral Discounts: I value loyal customers and referrals — returning clients and those who refer new customers receive special discounts. • Equipment Costs: If new equipment (such as a mesh WiFi system) is required, I can either supply it at a competitive price or assist you in selecting and purchasing the right products. • Warranty and Support: My work includes a workmanship warranty for a set period, and I offer affordable follow-up support plans if needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Typical Process When Working with a New Customer: 1. Initial Consultation: We start with a conversation (phone call, video call, or on-site visit) to understand the customer’s needs, challenges, and goals — whether it’s improving WiFi coverage, boosting internet speed, or solving connection issues. 2. Site Assessment: If needed, we visit the location to evaluate the layout of the home or business, identify coverage weak spots, assess current equipment, and check internet service quality. 3. Solution Design: Based on the assessment, we recommend the best system (e.g., a mesh network setup) tailored to the property’s size, structure, and internet demands. We explain the plan clearly, so the customer knows exactly what to expect. 4. Installation and Setup: We professionally install the necessary equipment, configure the system for optimal performance, and ensure all devices are properly connected. We also take care to keep the workspace clean and respectful of the customer’s property. 5. Testing and Optimization: After installation, we thoroughly test the network throughout the home or business to ensure consistent speed and coverage. We fine-tune settings to achieve the best possible performance. 6. Customer Walkthrough: We guide the customer through their new setup, showing them how everything works, answering any questions, and making sure they are fully comfortable using their new network. 7. Follow-Up and Support: We provide follow-up support to ensure everything continues running smoothly and we are available for any adjustments, upgrades, or troubleshooting if needed.
