American Fireplace were wonderful, more work on my fireplace needs to be done but 1st steps were great. I reached out to American Fireplace when the previous Heating and Air company, sourced through Thumbtack, ghosted me. The previous company asked for payment in advance for the piece that needed to be replaced, I paid as I had worked with them before - now nothing. I will post a review on the other company later.
