I am very pleased with Nathan, American Fireplace. He was punctual, and was able to diagnose problem very quickly. He explained problem and process to make repair - great communicator. After repair, he cleaned the fireplace, correcting some issues of the original layout. He also made some valuable recommendations regarding carbon monoxide detector placement. I am having him back to work on additional fireplaces in our home. I highly recommend his business.

American Fireplace were wonderful, more work on my fireplace needs to be done but 1st steps were great. I reached out to American Fireplace when the previous Heating and Air company, sourced through Thumbtack, ghosted me. The previous company asked for payment in advance for the piece that needed to be replaced, I paid as I had worked with them before - now nothing. I will post a review on the other company later.
