They were right on time and went right to work. They worked straight through, no breaks, and did a thorough, professional job. This was a move-in cleaning and the entire house looks and feels clean. Great job.

My first home cleaning with MountainMeadowMaids was a great experience. The crew arrived on time and got right to work. This was one of the most thorough cleanings my house has experienced; they cleaned things that had been overlooked by other cleaning companies. The walk through when they were finished was a nice touch. My place looks great at the price is competitive with other services in the area.

They did the cleaning for my move out in my old apartment, and did great. I hired them again for my new house. They did a great deep clean, and I hired them for biweekly service.

They cleaned deeply and efficiently. When there was a miscommunication on what I wanted to have done, they corrected it immediately and took care of everything I needed. Very responsive. I sent in the request late at night on Fri night and they had cleaners available to come Sunday morning. It was a move out cleaning, so the fast response and booking was crucial for me. Only advice I have for someone hiring them is to make sure you fill out their hiring form on their website very accurately with what you want.

Initial pricing is a ballpark guestimation, a final, free estimate is required to provide a final bid. We actually have a very simple pricing process. By asking our potential customers to participate with us via our website, we can show them quickly what we cover and provide pricing from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We continually monitor cleaning chemicals that become available so that we can stay on the cutting edge of service.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I saw a number of the competitors unable to keep their customers long term. I took a few years and analyzed the business on how this problem could be solved. The answer I came up with is the business owner needs to make less and invest more into the customers and crews. The answer to the problem was better cleaners, better organization and more of a commitment to quality. In the end everybody wins because crews make more and clients get better quality. It is the guarantee of service that drives the business.
