- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Point Design LLC works from flat fees, that are based on $150. and hr rate for each design service. You will also receive product and finishes for less than the designer's retail price. I work with my clients to discover what is truly best for them. Your flat fee is based on your individual scope of work. I truly want design to be affordable to everyone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we need to talk about your project and see what the scope entails. When I say we talk - we talk! I do not have you spend hours on questionnaires with endless questions. I learn much more about you while talking with you and seeing your body language and hearing the tone of your voice. It's an old fashioned conversation! Then we can evaluate the flat fee that should be in place for the scope of your needs. Point Design also works with several contractors and is happy to help you gain their services. Julie will do a scope of work, and then walk the scope with them so everyone is on the same page. Julie is with you throughout the entire process and exceeds your expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Julie Mann received a B.A. in Interior Design from The Art Institute of Colorado. She has been in client's homes for over 40 years.
