I look for companies that I can trust.I interviewed 3 representatives from different companies, Painter 1 of Highlands Ranch being one of them. Although the other companies had good reputations, I chose to go with Painter 1 because of the owner/sales representative. I felt Dallas answered my questions honestly, and if he wasn't sure, he said he would check into it.After the Spring rain settled down a bit, the Painter 1 crew went to work. The crew leader was always friendly and eager to answer my questions and make certain I was satisfied. The crew members worked diligently and were very considerate. In 2 days, my house was painted and my deck was repaired and stained. I have never seen a paint job done with more attention to detail.I'm most pleased with Painter 1 of Highlands Ranch and their crew, and highly recommend their services.

Dallas and his crew of painters were fantastic. Everyone was so helpful. They moved the things I couldnt, helped me decide which colors worked best for each room, took down all the pictures and wall dcor, and then carefully put everything back when the painting was finished.I would definitely recommend Painter1 for any painting project you need done.I also have to add how patient they were with me, because I kept changing my mind about colors! They were kind, professional, and wonderful to work with from start to finish.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We strive to give exemplary customer service from the very beginning of our relationship with a client. When you inquire with Painter1, you will receive a call, message back, or text asking how you would prefer to communicate. You can tell us about your project and if we are a good fit we will work with your schedule to set up a free estimate. Our estimator will arrive on time and be respectful of your home and family. Once you receive your quote, we will follow up to see if you have any questions or if we can clarify anything for you. To schedule your project, we will consult the calendar with you and work together to fit your needs. Your project will have a project manager to manage the job from start to finish, this is your point of contact and they will help with any questions that may arise during the work. The painting crews will be professional & courteous. Once your project is complete, the project manager will do a thorough inspection with the painters to do any touch ups if needed, then another walk through with you to assure that you are 100% satisfied before closing out the job. We strive to gain your 5 star review and we will take care of your project from start to finish to earn that.
