This project was booked under a scope of work that did not specify mural painting — a specialized service we do not offer. Upon visiting the property and clarifying the actual request, we determined we were not the right fit for this particular job. This is a straightforward business decision, not a scam. Regarding the deposit: our contract clearly states that deposits are non-refundable. Despite this, we offered a courtesy refund as a show of good faith. That offer was declined by the reviewer. We also want to be transparent that the exchange following our decision became unprofessional and included personal insults directed at our team. We remained respectful throughout.
