David sent his worker to glaze my tub and tile. We had spoken a couple of times prior, to be sure of what could and couldn't be done with my tub. He was pleasant and very detailed during our conversation. So much so, that I went with him as opposed to another company that was actually cheaper with some great reviews. I soon was to regret my decision. The work was fine, but on the tile reglazing, the paint did not fully get into the grout lines in several places. I wasn't to concerned, I'll just contact David and have him or one of his employees come out and take care of it. I had paid the $985 dollar bill. Here is where things fell apart for me. I sent a pretty simple text explaining what I was seeing that needed to be fixed and ask if he could come fix it. His first response was, send a Pic so I can take a look, but Im watching the Bronco game and im unavailable right now. After such an unprofessional response, I was slightly confused, but sent the pics. I mean I don't care if your watching the game, I am too but I just spent close to a grand with you and I need you to take notice and make a plan to come and address the issue. I knew then, the other two tubs I planned on having him do upstairs and next door, as this is a Triplex, would not be getting done by his company. But the thing he said next was the cherry on top of the cake. He simply stated his nephew would be by Saturday. No time, nothing. That was his final statement to me. So I guess in his world, I have nothing to do on Saturday but wait for someone to show up sometime on Saturday? Is that crazy or what? I am here in Colorado right now specifically to get some things done at this rental property, I live in Arizona. So my time is pretty planned out as im sure most everybody's time is. So to have to just sit here and wait for someone to show up! It is unbelievable. I will let you decide if this company and the owner David is who you want to do business with, im just sharing my experience. You can decide if you want it to be your experience. The nephew did show up and fixed the issues using caulk. He was very professional in our communication and completed the task quickly. Customer Service after I have paid, is just as important to me as doing a quality job. That's how I decide who I will continue to do business with.
