FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every transition is unique, so pricing is based on the scope of services and level of support you need. Following an initial consultation, we'll provide a clear, customized proposal with no hidden fees. Whether you need help with one aspect of a move or comprehensive project management from planning through settling in, our goal is to deliver exceptional value, clear communication, and peace of mind throughout the process. We believe in transparent pricing and will always discuss costs upfront so you know exactly what to expect before any work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every project begins with a conversation. We take the time to understand your goals, timeline, priorities, and any unique challenges you're facing. After an initial consultation, we develop a customized transition plan outlining the recommended services, project timeline, and pricing. Throughout the process, we coordinate every detail, communicate regularly, and work closely with you, your family, and any trusted service providers to ensure a smooth, organized, and respectful transition. Our goal is to make the experience as seamless and stress-free as possible from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
